Troubleshooting
(1) . no water production
1. Water and electricity are normal.
2. Whether there is wastewater in high-pressure pump rotation, if there is wastewater, water inlet system, drainage system, no problem, check valve is stuck, no pure water is out of the tap, whether the membrane is scrapped in advance, or it has reached service life, and the water is not smooth or water is not available; whether there is blockage in other places.
3. If there is no waste water, check whether the inlet solenoid valve can not be opened, the water can not pass through, and check whether the filter element has been blocked and the replacement period is reached.
4. The pump does not rotate or water. Always light ③, ④ and ⑤, check the high-voltage switch (short circuit method).
5. The pump has no pressure (the pump is running).
6. The circuit is not OK to check the circuit.
(2) The water storage tank is full but does not stop
Check whether the high pressure switch is too high, if too high, adjust to 2.8-3kg/cm. (the water pressure gauge selection, 1 / 3-2 / 3 of the range is the most accurate, and the measured range is multiplied by 2, 0.6ma) In addition, the hexagon bolt of high-pressure switch can be adjusted. The 2 mm inner hexagon plate handle, clockwise adjustment is more and more pressure, on the contrary, the smaller. The pressure should not be large, the pressure is too large, and the inlet pressure will increase accordingly, so the wastewater will increase. The indirect reaction increases, so the wastewater will increase. The pressure of the indirect reaction high-pressure pump is less than 3km/cm2a, and the pressure of the high-pressure pump is not enough. Moreover, the pressure of the high-pressure pump is too low, and it should be 6-8kg/cm2 normally.
(3) . no water, no power on
④ Check the high-voltage switch by the light on and short circuit method. ③ ⑤ check the low voltage switch by the light on and the open circuit method.
(4) Waste water will not stop after shutdown
The inlet solenoid valve is not closed tightly or installed reversely. The return water of check valve is constant, and the wastewater flowing from two situations is different. The former is tap water and the latter is pure water. The water quality is different: the water quantity is different. The former is relatively flush, the latter is of small flow. Because of the non-stop valve, the wastewater can be stopped. The ball valve of the water storage tank can be closed, and the wastewater flow stops, which can be judged.
(5) . machine frequently starts
Check valve return water, high pressure switch pressure too high.
(6) . judge the fault according to the function of each component.
1. High voltage switch:
When the water is full, the pressure bucket will not be started when it is short of water.
2. Check valve:
Fault one: the waste water is constantly, and the water quality is good;
Fault 2: the high pressure pump runs without pure water;
Fault 3: check valve core is stuck with pure water, the pure water machine is running normally, and the indicator light is normal, but water is not produced.
3. Inlet solenoid valve:
Fault 1: the waste water is closed tightly and the water quality is poor and the flow is large.
Fault 2: the water inlet solenoid valve can not be opened and water is not fed, resulting in the non-production of purified water. It is characterized by normal display of computer board, normal operation of water pump and no waste water.
4. Low voltage switch:
One of the faults: do not stop after water stop, computer board is ①, ③, ⑤ light on, open circuit method.
Fault two: after water, the water pressure is normal, and it is not started, and the short circuit method is adopted.
5. Flushing solenoid:
One of the faults: do not flush, the solenoid valve cannot be opened.
Fault two: the shutdown is not strict, and the waste water is flowing. The wastewater flow is large, and the pressure will be reduced a lot, which will cause no water production in serious cases.
6. High pressure pump:
The pressure is not enough to make water normally. If the shutdown pressure of high-pressure switch is not reached, the water quality is not good if the water is not normal.
7. Pressure drum:
One of the faults is that there is no water or water outlet, one is low air pressure or no air pressure; the other is water tank leakage, and the air nozzle is discharged, which cannot be repaired and the barrel is changed.
The second fault is that the yellow water and PE lining break, causing the water to contact the steel barrel directly, rusty, and the surface and taste change.
8. R.O membrane:
The removal rate is low, the opening is 90% lower, and it is abnormal. With the passage of time, the increase of water consumption, removal rate and water yield gradually decrease.
9. Filter element:
One of the faults is blockage, the first stage is blocked, and the computer board only lights the fifth light (green moss, bacteria, sediment blockage). The water is stopped and the second and third stages are blocked. ①, ③ and ⑤ lamps are on, and no wastewater is produced. As the inlet solenoid valve is not opened, the method of sectional elimination is adopted.
Second, the fifth stage is blocked, the water is full, and the purified water is not produced, and the method of section elimination is adopted.
Third, the filter element fails, which affects the life and effect of all parts of the machine.
10. Computer board, indicating working status, reallocation circuit. If four lights or more lights are on for a long time (more than 2 minutes), there is a problem with the computer board: ③, ④ and ⑤ lights are on, but the water is not full, the problem of high-voltage switch is eliminated and the computer board is faulty. ① The lights of, ③, ④ and ⑤ are on, and the computer board is in trouble.
